I worked as a kindergarten teacher for 3-4 years. I was a Early childhood development practitioner for 3- 4 year olds first as a an assistent. Afterwards I become the 5-6 year olds practitioner. I love working with children and I believe to continue to grow I this field

I created a poem that I use as a method to motivate myself. ' greatest comes after trying, just believe and you will fly' . I believe in individual growth because each child learns on a different manner. Working with the 3 - 5 years thought me to explain the work, give instructions and follow up immediately to see if they understand. If not, I'll explain again may be in a different way but for them to understand.
