About Winnie
As a passionate university student, I find great inspiration in communicating and teaching children. I believe that every student has unique learning preferences. By maintaining open communication with my students and tailoring personalised teaching plans, I can better teach base on their individual needs. If a student expresses dissatisfaction with the teaching methodology, I am committed to self-reflection and continuous improvement.
For children below the age of 10, lessons should ideally last for one hour. For older students, lessons can extend up to 1.5 hours, provided they are comfortable with the duration. I have one year of tutoring experience, during which I have successfully assisted a Year 7 student and two Year 10 students in subjects including mathematics, English, science, and Latin. I accept students below Year 7.
Lessons for kids in Primary School is $35/hour. For HSC students, it's $55.
I only accept online lessons during the weekday. During the weekend, I accept both online and in person classes (within the lower north shore range).
