Throughout Covid-19 I developed my skills in delivering interactive and engaging online lessons and tutoring sessions. I have extensive experience of tutoring and mentoring young people from the age of 12 upwards.
The length of a lesson can be discussed, usually, a minimum of 45 minutes. I have tutoring experience with students who are neurodivergent. In addition, my whole school remit means I'm responsible for maintaining links with employers, universities and colleges. This means I can support students with discussions around options for post-school.

I would highly recommend Derick for tutoring, he was a fantastic support for my daughter whilst she was sitting higher modern studies. She was struggling with the course and was failing her October assessments however after only a few tutoring sessions she was successfully able to pass. My daughter felt that Derick was able to explain the curriculum and what was required of her in a way which was meaningful for her. This allowed her to fully understand what was required of her to confidently pass.
