About Jamila
I struggled with my weight a lot in high school because I felt like I didn't fit into any categories that I wanted to be a part of. The fact that I was so thin at the time seriously harmed my mental health. Up until I discovered exercise, I was unable to improve my mental health or muscular mass. I feel stronger physically and mentally, and I have more self-assurance.
I am a compassionate trainer that is patient with and kind to my students. To help my customers feel more at ease with the idea of exercise, hold them responsible for their actions.
I am able to support my clients in learning how to have balanced lives and healthy lifestyles without putting them under pressure to be flawless.

Having a consistent routine allows the body to fully adjust to changes.
Encouraging and motivating my clients helps them to become more emotionally balanced and keeps them excited for future lessons. What I like to do on each session is to reassure my clients and to explain the process to build confidence.
I am fluent in most South African languages, by booking a session with me you will receive a variety of excercises that will help you build muscle.
