About Alexandria
I am a self taught baker who loves the world of pastry. The creativity it offers and the liberty one has to create has always given me such joy. The excitement I feel when I've invented a new dish leaves me longing for more. I was eleven when I first realized this was my passion and now I am simply wanting to pass this joy on to others. (Even though I’m self taught, I have worked for a restaurant, creating new recipes and baking)

I offer customized classes for beginners. After speaking to you about your concerns and wishes I will create a lesson plan just for you. Whether you wish to master a specific recipe, expand your knowledge and techniques, learn new dishes, or even understand some of the science behind it all, I'm here to help. For example, if you are having a hard time executing lady fingers (they always end up coming out flat and crispy) I will ask how you are making them and help you figure out what's not working.
