About Robert Jay
Being a self-taught musician, I can teach ways and approaches on how to basically learn guitar first, and relate with the speed or learning curve of the student. I have been exposed to different genres of music since I was a kid, and it definitely gave me an edge in learning music and to play the guitar and other instruments along the way. I learned to play songs by ear, with some of the technical stuff as well of course. Together with my band, I get to experience playing alongside bars with professional and talented artists here in my home country. I also got to work with one of the respected sound engineers in my home country's music scene, which became my band mate as well. For an hour every session, I would like to share with every beginner at guitar ways to learn and embrace the instrument.
