I have a BA (English), a Technical Teacher Diploma and many credits from universities, colleges, and companies like Microsoft and Google. I have been a college teacher since 1994. Also, I have been tutoring online and f2f for 5 + years.

My teaching philosophy and methodology follows Jane Vella's 'Dialogue Education.' Essentially, I give a micro-lesson and questions. Students work their own. Or, in teams of three and decide on the best solution based on critical thinking. I have been using this approach for about 20 years. It works because I follow workplace examples.
