About Chiara
Hi! I’m Chiara and have worked as a special needs support teacher for over a year. In my role I have learnt the importance of adapting lessons to the individual needs of my students and I encourage them to ask questions and think outside the box. I achieved A* A* A in English Literature, Biology and Psychology at A-level and I am passionate and well-equipped in all three subjects. I pride myself in being friendly and creating a positive and engaging learning environment where students feel they can excel in their subject. I aim to motivate students and build their confidence by tailoring each lesson to the areas they want to improve on, giving each session a clear sense of direction and focus. Whether students need a small confidence boost or are aiming for top grades I am here to help them achieve their goals!

I aim to provide fun, engaging and interactive lessons where students feel they can excel in Biology. In order to ensure my lessons are tailored to the individual I often discuss their goals and asses their ability, then proceed with tasks that are focused on helping them achieve their objectives! Having worked as a Special Educational Needs support teacher I have learnt how to adapt my teaching style to the students' needs and use techniques to ensure my lessons are well understood and students are able to make great progress!
