About Siavash
I'm an SFU graduate with a double major in Chemistry and Molecular Biology & Biochemistry. My science background involves extensive use of mathematics, and I understand how important strong fundamentals are before moving into more difficult topics.
I help students understand why each step works rather than simply memorizing procedures. I'm patient, and I'm happy to approach the same problem in different ways until the concept makes sense.

I can help with:
• Math 8, 9, and 10
• Foundations and Pre-Calculus 10
• Pre-Calculus 11 and 12
• Calculus 12
• Introductory first-year Calculus
• Homework and assignment support
• Test and exam preparation
Lessons are adapted to the student's needs. We identify any gaps in understanding, review the underlying concepts, work through examples together, and then practise similar problems until the student can solve them independently.
My goal is not only to help students complete their current work, but also to strengthen the fundamentals they will need for future courses.
Lessons are available in person or online.
