• Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

  The key to learning art is patience and hard work.
  It all started when I was a kid, I used to take drawing classes. Then gradually I joined the art club in school. My hobby turned into a passion and I started practicing Fine Arts and became the president of the Fine Arts society in my college as well.

• What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

  I feel very content to help people with art and the smile on my student's faces when learning something new is the biggest motivation for me to teach.

• How does your work help society?

  Art is like therapy. It reduces your stress level and helps to relax which is very important for the students of this generation and helping their minds relax and burden-free.

• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

  I think that would be my drawing teacher because she helped me to sharpen my skills.

• Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

  Listening to music and playing badminton.

• Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

  I would like to share an anecdote about one of my art students. She used to compare her drawings with mine and was very disappointed that she doesn't make them as good as mine. But gradually she understood that practice is the key and we become better in art day by day.
