Perfect! Keffe is one of the most genuine people I have ever met and is an incredible trainer. He catches even the smallest of mistakes in my technique and helps me make micro adjustments. His knowledge of not just Karate but martial arts in general as well as the mechanics of the body is incredible. If you want to learn to fight or to properly learn martial arts with an incredible teacher, then Keffe is the trainer for you.

Keffe's response
George is an extremely quick learner, even though he has experience in shotokan karate he is willing to listen and learn. Not only he is a great student he is also a really genuine guy. Truly enjoyable to coach him :)
