About Judith
Standing balances, core strength, and proper alignment are the foundations I use to guide my practice. I have taught yoga for 13 years in several time zones. My Sivananda TTC qualification informs every adjustment I make for my students. I have worked with many individuals over these 13 years to build consistent habits.
Injury-safe progress is my priority when working with returning learners. I love the quiet moments of growth in class. Small, consistent wins are what keep my students coming back to the mat. I truly enjoy supporting your physical journey.

Tight hips and aching backs from desk work are common issues that I help resolve. Honestly, even minor adjustments can lead to massive shifts in how you feel daily. I draw on 13 years of experience to offer gentle backbend progressions.
My focus remains on sustainable movement. Prenatal and postnatal bodies require specific care and steady guidance. I integrate breath-led practice to soothe the nervous system. You will find clarity here.
Posture correction is integrated naturally into our flow. I ensure you feel supported throughout your session. You are capable of finding balance.
