About Stefania
I have a degree in Philosophy. I am interested in the development of creative thinking and I started to draw… when I was born. I attended a drawing course at NABA, and I took part in several exhibitions in the area, one of which was a Personal exposition at the beginning of 2020 in Milan. Since 2017 I have been part of an international movement of sketchers and various artistic-cultural collectives. I practise drawing people on the subway, on the train, in bars, where the subjects are in constant motion: it is very stimulating! I have been teaching drawing lessons for elementary school children for 3 years, and I also have experience with adults. I am generally interested in various arts besides drawing: painting, singing, theater, writing. Currently from the first lockdown I am studying the development of my stories through illustrations and stop motion videos.

For me, drawing is first of all knowing how to observe and for this reason it becomes a useful tool to "notice" what surrounds us. The drawing course is modeled on a dialogue with the alumn. Anyway, I propose both the life copy and the photographic copy as an approach, according to the needs and interests. I also found that portraying and self portraying are a fun way to get to know yourself and others. To help the student find safety, I also propose outdoor meetings (interrupted during the covid period, but it is possible to give "tasks"; to be done outdoors). I would like to create a relaxed and serene atmosphere, in which to learn while having fun. The focus will be on black and white drawing, to lay the foundations of light and shadow, and figure.

Perfect! Stefania è molto preparata e paziente. Stiamo partendo dalle basi del disegno e sono io principalmente ad avere qualche difficoltà perché non ho mai affrontato in passato le impostazioni che mi sta dando ma che capisco siano indispensabili x incominciare il percorso di sintesi sul disegno che sto cercando. La mia età ( 60 anni) non mi aiuta ad avere quella flessibilità che certamente il percorso richiede. Vediamo nelle prossime lezioni.

Ho conosciuto Stefania qualche anni fa ormai! Di lei mi ha sempre colpito l'entusiasmo e la grinta che mette in tutto quello che fa! Oltre ad avere una sua precisa linea espressiva nel disegno figurativo e plastico, possiede anche delle solide competenze tecniche a cui chiunque voglia imparare da lei può trarne frutto! Io la consiglio a chiunque vuole imparare anche dalle basi ma anche a chi ha voglia di divertirsi e sperimentare! Super consigliata!
