I'm Chioma Nyekwe, a graduate of Imo State Polytechnic, Umuagwo, Imo State, Nigeria.
I studied Food Science and Technology at the aforementioned institution of learning.

I reside in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.
I'm passionate about healthy food and the wellbeing of people.

I like teaching people how to prepare healthy food for their families and friends. I enjoy seeing people eating healthy food.

About the lesson

I apply the Do-it-yourself methodology while delivering lectures to my learners, making it easy for them to grasp the lessons.

I incorporate other teaching methodologies such as observation, memorization and demonstrations to enable beginners understand the concept of food art.
