About Dr Crystal B
In addition to my teaching experience, I have a strong background in curriculum development. As an Instructional Supervisor, I collaborated with teachers and faculty to create curricula that foster active engagement and self-assessment. I emphasized the importance of self-assessments, enabling students to evaluate their own work and encouraging them to take ownership of their learning. With over 15 years of experience in both K-12 and higher education, I am well-equipped to guide you. My teaching background includes business courses such as computer applications, business management, and accounting at the K-12 level. At Virginia Tech, I served as a Graduate Assistant, teaching two business classes and supervising student teachers. As an adjunct professor, I have taught Master’s and Doctoral level courses in Education. I have over four years of remote teaching experience at Liberty University, as well as both in-person and online teaching experience at Hampton University. Additionally, I have taught Microsoft Office, with a focus on PowerPoint presentations, at the community college level.
