I am a fully qualified Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness and Movement Instructor and have taught and helped clients for over 13 Years. I also own a beautiful studio as well as teach online classes for those that want to do this in the comfort of their own home.

My teaching method is based on Mindfulness throughout the Yoga and Meditations as I have found this has the most scientific research and benefits and has been the most well received from my clients. I have different themes every week and you will work on different topics each week. For example calm, energy, well-being, immunity, abundance and so on.
