I had the great honor of meeting Eleanor during my Yoga Teacher Training. Although she has already completed countless YTTs, she continuously strives to deepen her knowledge and expand her understanding even further.

Eleanore has an incredible depth of knowledge in yoga and yoga philosophy — you can ask her anything, and she always has a thoughtful, grounded answer. Her presence is calm and serene, and the way she teaches is relaxed, meditative, and deeply grounding.

Beyond her teaching, Eleanore is a truly beautiful human being, radiating lightness and a wonderful, warm energy. I am incredibly grateful to have met her and can wholeheartedly recommend practicing yoga with her to anyone.

Eléonore pratique le yoga depuis son plus jeune âge, a suivi une solide formation et continue à évoluer dans la pratique . Elle enseigne cet art ancestral d’harmonie du corps, de l’esprit et de l’âme en donnant le meilleur d’elle- même. Allez à ses séances assouplit le corps, nourrit l’amour de Soi , apaise le mental. Eléonore parle l'anglais -fluently- ses nombreux voyages ont perfectionné sa pratique. Elle enseigne cette langue qu'elle aime depuis plus années déjà , avec un grand sens pédagogique sans oublier l'aspect ludique et son incroyable sens de l'humour qui mettent tout de suite à l'aise .
