Hi, my field of study is marketing and Public Relations, and this you absolutely use in everything you do. The key is presenting your offer with a clear and simple solution that solves more than the need of the other person before he/she knows it - in other words your offer needs to contain an extra benefit which makes the client realize that it is something that he/she needs and have not even thought about.
