About Callum
I graduated from the University of Leeds in late 2018 with a 2:1 Bachelor's degree in Sociology, having studied the subject at A Level. At present, I am working full-time as a Teaching Assistant within specialist provision. I work with pupils with a vast variety of academic and social needs and believe that good quality teaching can make all the difference in any pupil's time in education.

I have found in my time as a TA that the most effective teaching comes from a personalised approach. Given the diversity of learning styles and ability within any class, it is imperative for teaching staff to build good rapport with their students and develop a deep understanding of their academic and personal needs so that they may tailor support and resources to each individual pupil where possible.
