About Tiberia
An engaging, patient, and encouraging student teacher who is passionate about helping others succeed. As a professional learning and development trainer for 5+ years. I have had quite of students in which I taught/trained.
Working in the tax and accounting industry for 19 years I developed my skills of patience, training/teaching, and confidence spending most of those years as a customer service professional.
The role as a trainer allowed me to harness the skill of curriculum development, creating lesson plans, and building interactive learning modules.
