About Luyanda
In high school, I gave Math lessons after school hours. At Wits University I tutored Engineering computing and Engineering drawing. In 2020 I started working at Master Maths as a mathematics and science tutor to students in grade 5 all the way up to Matrics and IEB rewrite students on a daily basis. During the COVID-19 Lockdown period, we provided online tutoring to our students.

Learning is all about absorbing and internalizing information. I believe that the human brain absorbs information at a faster rate if it can find previous things or experiences to which it can relate the new information. My teaching method is heavily dependant on analogies and practical examples. I have found that this has reliably helped many of my students on their journey to understanding concepts they have previously mysterious and elusive.
