About Leonardo
I am graduated BSc in Physical Education (Sports and Science) with Dipl. in Chinese Medicine and Academic experience in Physiotherapy (I did 3 years of Physiotherapy in Brazil). I have a good background in Health and Sciences, but also I am native from South of Brazil, Rio Grande do Sul.

During the somatic movement lessons the practitioner experience different techniques of movement as well as breathing, the lessons are gentle helping you to experience your body in a different way.
Now during the breathing lessons, you are going to explore almost 60 different techniques from traditions like Yoga, Qigong, Somatic Movement as well as from Physiotherapy.
The lessons are designed in accord with the level of the practitioners and the main idea is to help you to learn how to relax and strengthen your body.

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8 pm (60min)
Saturdays at 10:45 am (60min)
Breathing
