About Julia
I have been teaching and tutoring for around 4 years now, and I absolutely love it. During these years, I have learned to create a patient, encouraging, and welcoming space where all students can feel their best! I am looking forward to connecting with new students and helping them achieve their goals, while making the journey a fun and non-stressful one!

I believe the best learning happens when students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence step by step! My lessons are interactive, supportive, and tailored to each student’s goals, whether you need help understanding difficult concepts, preparing for exams, or improving study strategies.
A typical lesson includes reviewing key concepts, working through practice problems together, and developing techniques you can use independently. I focus on making challenging material feel approachable and connecting lessons to real understanding rather than memorization. While I stick to my lesson plan, I try and let the student guide our session, frequently encouraging them to ask questions and feel comfortable working together.
What sets me apart is my patient, encouraging approach and my ability to adapt lessons to different learning styles and experience levels. I aim to create a relaxed environment where students feel motivated and supported!
Lessons are ideal for elementary and middle school students, and I offer introductory and intermediate-level courses, as well as anyone looking for extra academic support or confidence in the subject!
