About Claudia
I am a Marine Biologist, I am dedicated to scientific research. In my work trips I have learned about the culture of other countries through their typical meals. I love learning to cook with foreigners and also teach how to cook healthy breads with seeds, wholemeal flour and sourdough. I love to share recipes of traditional Chilean food, made by loving hands and in balance with health and the environment.

I love motivating my students in the kitchen, teaching respect for ingredients and food preparation protocols. I am going to help you to discover the master chef you have inside! All in a relaxed environment where we can talk about our daily problems while preparing a healthy and nutritious menu, depending on the curiosity and need of the students.
