About Ganesh Viswanathan
Maharajapuram S.Ganesh Viswanathan is a promising young Carnatic Vocalist from the Maharajapuram Lineage of Musicians. He is the great grandson of Sangeetha Bhoopathi Late Sri Maharajapuram Viswantha Iyer, grandson of Sri Maharajapuram Santhanam and son of Sri Maharajapuram Srinivasan.He is fortunate to have been born in the family of eminent musicians and in the direct Sishya parampara of Saint Thyagaraja. Apart from being a Carnatic Vocalist, he as well holds a Credit Grade certification in Audio Engineering from the School Of Audio Engineering. He has worked as a Music Composer, Lyricist, Recording and Mixing Engineer in various private music productions, thus establishing his versatile ability in the Music Production industry.

I personally specialize in teaching various songs or keerthanas globally popularized by my grandfather Sangeetha Kalanidhi 'Padmasri Awardee' Maharajapuram Santhanam and my great grandfather Maharajapuram Viswanatha Iyer. I also train my students to become able performers with specific inputs and lessons in Raga Expansion or essays, Neraval, Kalpana Swaram and Thanam renditions. I also train my students in the technical aspects of performance like how to make the best use of live sound and studio sound reinforcement thus making them belong to a rare class of musicians with a scientific temperament. My classes will majorly cater to the musical aspects and learning in the Maharajapuram Bhani or Style of presentation apart from inputs in recording arts.
