About Belen
I was born in Chile and completed schooling in Australia from the age of 6, I learned English in the special education department of my public primary school as there were no facilities available to teach me but excelled and won a number of English, Maths, and Music awards due to my quick comprehension. I also had ESL family that I tutored from a young age with simple grammar and writing checks, as well as in conversation. I've truly been tutoring all my life and would love to apply that learning further now that my family has all learned english but in the reverse, bringing to the table a no-judgement approach that I've seen lacks in my personal experience.

I approach tutoring with a patient and comprehensive ethos, and a hybrid style with an emphasis on coaching.
Lessons can range from 30 minutes to 90 minutes, and take place over Zoom, in person, or written.
Experienced in tutoring from primary school to university level studies, as well as within a professional capacity and also just for personal development or fun!
For all ages, possess a QLD working with children card (P).
