About Marta
I am a Spanish student starting my second year studying History and International Relations at King's College London. As a native Spanish speaker, I feel like my students will gain from hearing an actual Spanish accent will help them improve their accent and understanding of the spoken language.

I was born and raised in Madrid. I give classes to kids (under 16) who are struggling with Spanish or who wants to start studying Spanish. My teaching methodology can be moulded to each student and their conditions. It is based on learning the language through the culture, the writing comprehension through the reading of texts, the listening skills through conversations with me and listening to Spanish music or watching short clips in Spanish in accordance to what I am teaching at the moment. I think that to speak a language is important to know the culture and also think it is a more enjoyable way of studying it.
