I've been studying Spanish with Maria Florencia for several years, both for fun and later for work. She initially was my teenage daughter's tutor. My daughter was so enthused by Maria Florencia's teaching that she received a distinction in her spoken Spanish. Maria Florencia is an outstanding inspirational teacher. She shares her enthusiasm and knowledge of the language with clarity and rigour. She always thoroughly prepares her lessons. She is an incredibly nice, fun and knowledgeable teacher, with many years experience.

Both myself and my daughter have had Spanish lessons with Florencia. Some people choose to be teachers but with Florencia you know it is her vocation. Classes are fun, energised, relevant and thorough. She inspires. Her depth of knowledge and love for her subject is infectious. My daughter began classes with Florencia aged 8 and now studies Spanish at university. Without doubt it is Florencia who ignited her interest, nurtured her studies and developed in her a life long passion for the language. Florencia always gives 110%. She works with children, young people and adults of any age. She taught me more than I’ve ever learnt before. I cannot recommend Florencia highly enough.

Florencia gave my son Spanish lessons for 3 years. He learned quickly and thoroughly enjoyed the lessons. She is highly qualified and experienced as a teacher and brings great energy and enthusiasm to her classes. She is completely trustworthy and really cares about her pupils and their learning. I had private classes with Florencia when preparing for both GCSE and A level Spanish and her classes helped me quickly reach the level of Spanish that I needed to do really well in both of the exams in a short amount of time. Not only is she a great teacher of the language, but her passion and amazing knowledge of South American literature helped me decide to study Spanish at university where I ended up further exploring topics that she introduced to me! She goes above and beyond in the classes and not only teaches you the language with patience, but also opens your eyes to the vast cultural aspects of a language.
