About Ben
I am a qualified lawyer who has studied languages at university level. I spent my year abroad in Argentina and Russia (also Russian speaking). I am at a fluent level in Spanish understanding both Spanish (Spain) and Latin American dialects. I have experience teaching English to native Spanish and Russian speakers and I also have experience of communicating, both written and oral, for business purposes.

At the initial stage, my approach is to ensure grammatical fluency to ensure the foundations of the language are established before adding further building blocks in building toward proficiency. Once the fundamentals of the language are understood, I am keen for the student to read, watch and listen as much as possible in the target language.
I would speak mostly in Spanish during my classes, unless I am explaining the fundamentals of grammar.
