About Kate
I would describe myself as a passionate linguist. I think my main motivation as a teacher/tutor is to help students develop their own love of the language. This is something that has remained with me throughout my life.
Personally I especially enjoy using creativity to design new resources and see them have a positive effect on learners.

Having taught since 2007 in a range of educational establishments as well as online I have a flexible methodology that I tend to adapt based on the ability and requirements of the student. I do not believe in a one size fits all approach and prefer to play to the strengths of the student.
Lessons can run from 30 minutes to two hours depending on what you need.
I have taught GCSE to the new syllabus and marked speaking for AQA, this year I have been teaching iGCSE Spanish and have a solid understanding of the requirements for this qualification as well. In terms of A Level, I have tutored online and produced a range of assessment resources to support students in their progress. I am also experienced in giving lessons in Spanish to students of varying ages from primary age to over 18s.
