About Austin
I am a 29 year old man from country Victoria, Australia. I have a passion for teaching and learning the Spanish language. I have had the opportunity to live in Latin America, immersing myself in the culture, and have even learned Spanish without going through a university program. As your tutor, I am excited to share my knowledge and experiences with others who are also interested in learning this beautiful language.

I want to teach to anyone who wants (or needs) to learn the incredible language that is El Castellano (Spanish language in Spanish).
I believe 90 minute lessons are long enough to make progress, but short enough to maintain focus. However if you are extremely passionate we can talk for hours and hours.
I have worked in Hostels in Colombia, and in the textile industry in Venezuela. As well as working with MANY Spanish speakers in Berlin. I have to spoken with people from almost every country, and with dozens of different accents.
I learnt the hard way, by simply making a fool of myself and trying my best to communicate with people who don't speak English. With only the internet and the help of some incredible Latino friends, I can safely say my level of Spanish is very high for someone who never went to university or learnt as a child.
I have taught also taught English to children in Venezuela, so i have plenty of patience for people just beginning.
I have all the shortcuts anyone learning Spanish could ever want.
