About Elle
I have been substitute teacher for over 3 months now, mostly Spanish classes. I have been giving lessons to classes with over 30 students at a time. I have had students tell me they learned more from me in an hour and a half than they had the entire school year, which made me feel very good about the content and way I was presenting information.

I like to start from the bottom up. Understanding what words mean is important before you start to do sentence structures. I like to use audio, visual and verbal examples so students will have a higher likelihood of retaining the new information.
