About Alex
I am a graduate of UNM with a BA in Spanish and a minor in Chemistry. I grew up in New Mexico surrounded by the Spanish language. I lived in Nicaragua for a short amount of time. I have extensive experience tutoring privately and I also have 2 years of teaching experience in Spanish from levels 1-3 at the college level. I have presented research work at conferences such as Querencias, hosted by UNM and activism panels as well. I seek to provide an inclusive and engaging experience to my students that makes them want to continue learning.
