I have lived in several Latin American countries, and studied at Universities across the Americas. I am a fully certified Spanish tutor, and I make it a point to always maintain an innovative, professional, and pleasant teaching environment that is conducive to my students' learning.

I teach Spanish to students in Middle School to 60+ year old adults. My tutoring style is adaptable and dependent upon my students' individual abilities and end-goals. Some people are visual learners, some audio, others kinetic learners. It is my job to identify in which style of learning each of my students thrives and create appropriate lesson plans and activities for their specific strengths. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to learning. My tutoring approach will also vary depending on my students' ultimate learning goal. Some of my students need help passing a course, while others would simply like to improve their conversational skills. Therefore, before I begin teaching anything, I speak with my student and uncover their specific tutoring expectations, and we develop a learning strategy that will best suit their language goals.
