About Sonia

Bonjour! I'm Sonia, a native French speaker from the South of France, where sunshine, good food and lively conversations are part of everyday life!

My professional background is quite varied: I've worked in recruitment, human resources, communication and adult training. I also spent two years teaching French in London, which gave me a real understanding of the challenges English speakers face when learning my language.

I'm friendly, patient, curious and genuinely enjoy meeting people from different cultures.

I speak English too, so if you get stuck or can't find the right French word, don't worry — I've got you!

I believe the best way to learn a language is to actually use it, in a relaxed and encouraging environment.

I'm not here to turn you into a walking French dictionary. I'm here to help you enjoy speaking French and feel proud of your progress.

And yes, we might even laugh about those impossible French pronunciations along the way!

À bientôt, I look forward to meeting you!

About the lesson

Want to speak French with confidence and actually enjoy it? You're in the right place!

My lessons are all about real conversations, real-life situations and having fun while learning French.

Forget boring textbooks and stressful grammar exercises! We'll talk about everyday life, travel, French culture, food, movies or whatever interests YOU.

Whether you're a beginner who needs a little help in English or an intermediate learner who wants to improve their fluency, I'll adapt every session to your level and goals.

I'll gently correct your mistakes, help you improve your pronunciation and introduce you to the expressions French people actually use.

My goal? To make you feel comfortable, confident and excited to speak French.

Think of our lessons as having coffee with a French friend... except you'll leave speaking better French!

No pressure, no judgment, just progress and good conversations.

À très bientôt!
