Before the internet I would spend my days in libraries reading books with a dictionary by my side. I also had many friends who I’d talk with constantly learning English-specific phrases, idioms and slang. I have a masterful command of this tongue and although not born here I consider myself a native English speaker

It’s necessary because we all forget things we’ve already learned plus the added strain of learning new tongues. I can teach anyone to become a native English speaker at university level.
