About Ana
I'm Brazilian, yoga teacher, climber and writer. Teaching is very natural for me as I love to share knowledge. I've been traveling all around the world for the past 10 years and so many people helped me throughout my journey, now I found a way to give back. I'm very passionate about the Brazilian culture, music and food so you can expect to learn a lot from that as well.
