Hi, I'm Rajeev Gondal, a Business English and Communication Coach with over 30 years of teaching, training, and mentoring experience.
Throughout my career, I've worked with school and college students, working professionals, entrepreneurs, and corporate teams, helping them become confident and effective communicators.
I believe that strong communication is more than speaking fluent English. It's about expressing ideas clearly, thinking logically, listening actively, presenting confidently, and building meaningful professional relationships.
One of my learners, Deepak Chamola, came to me with excellent technical knowledge but wanted to communicate with greater confidence in professional settings. Together, we worked on structuring ideas, improving business conversations, presentation skills, and executive communication. Over time, he developed the confidence to contribute more effectively in meetings and interact with senior stakeholders.
I've also coached a team of young digital marketers, focusing on practical workplace communication. We worked on client interactions, persuasive presentations, handling objections, active listening, and writing professional emails. The goal wasn't simply to improve their English—it was to help them communicate in a way that builds trust, strengthens client relationships, and delivers better business outcomes.
My teaching style is highly interactive and personalized. Every learner has different strengths and goals, so I design lessons around real-life situations, role plays, discussions, presentations, interviews, meetings, and workplace scenarios rather than relying solely on textbooks.
