About Alexandra

As a Special Education Teacher of 5 years, I have had the privilege of working with students K-5. In my service to students with Dyslexia, I have witnessed boosts in reading levels as well as increased comprehension in the classroom. Regarding my support in Math, I have assisted students who were never expected to pass the STAAR to do so. My sole goal is independent growth and development; I meet the students where they are and help push them to where they need to be.

About the lesson

Individualization is the focal point of my lessons. It is important for me to learn who I am working with and HOW they learn to determine the best way to teach them. Visuals are integrated into our lessons to assist student comprehension and aide memory of concepts.
