About John
I have been teaching a wide variety of students with IEPs for over 30 years. I particularly enjoy helping young students grasp math concepts which seem out of reach to many adolescents. I also enjoy helping young learners with history and science concepts.

My teaching approach is to make the subject come alive by making the material more personal to the learner. Many young people do not "learn" because they cannot see the relevance of the material in their lives. By making it more relevant it is easier to learn.
