About Marissa
I am a current college student studying child development and psychology. Currently, I am a Special Education tutor. I have been working with children for five years. I began with AmeriCorps Reading Partners in the District of Columbia teaching at-risk children how to read. Then I taught STEM subjects in AmeriCorps again in Missoula, Montana, and did outreach on local Native American reservations.
