About Nkone
My name is Nkone Emigan Mokgatlane, and I’m excited to be your economics teacher. I have a strong passion for helping students understand how the world works through the lens of economics. I’ve studied and explored economics because it connects to so many parts of our everyday lives—how we earn, spend, save, make choices, and understand big global issues. I enjoy teaching because I believe learning economics gives you the power to think critically, make smarter decisions, and become a more informed citizen. What I love most about teaching is seeing students have “aha” moments—when something clicks, and they realize how it all fits together.
