About Josh
I am currently employed as an Army Welfare Worker offering support to service personal and their families, I have developed skills in crisis management, personal development and various other aspects of self-help. Additionally, I have a BA degree in Education and Disability Studies and a Level 7 Qualification in Specialist Welfare.

I am open to empowering anyone in all aspects of their life. I will be offering individual support and my approach will be person centered. I will be offering sessions from 30 minutes to an hour where the initial session will focus on your presenting issues. From then onward I will develop a work plan which which is specific for you.
