Specialist History Teacher and Cambridge History Graduate - History tutor with Rebecca

I've known Rebecca for 5 years and we met whilst completing the Teach First Leadership Development Programme, where we were both training to become History teachers.

Rebecca is a kind and hardworking individual, dedicated to improving the lives of young people. She is a confident and enthusiastic teacher with excellent organisational skills. Rebecca has really strong communication skills and can adapt these to fit her audience and the context, helping her to support pupils of all ages and abilities.

She is an extremely kind person, which in addition to her teaching experience, means that she can form strong and impactful relationships with young people. This creates a trustworthy and solid foundation for learning to take place, meaning the young people in her care achieve fantastic results.

Rebecca is an amazing educator who I would highly recommend. She is very smart, friendly, encouraging, engaging and hard working. I have been working with Rebecca over the last year at an education organisation (Career Accelerator) where she has supported around 400 young people through running workshops, arranging mentoring (and mentoring herself as well) and arranging work placements. Rebecca is a great teacher, mentor, has a wealth of knowledge and passion for history and has an amazing work ethic and attitude.
