My approach to tutoring is centred on creating a supportive, engaging, and tailored learning environment for each student. I use interactive and adaptive teaching techniques that align with students' unique learning styles, focusing on breaking down complex concepts into understandable, manageable parts. I often incorporate visual aids, practical examples, and interactive exercises to make lessons dynamic and enjoyable.
Each session typically lasts around 60 minutes, providing ample time to cover material, answer questions, and review key points. I have experience tutoring in English and HPE and am also a qualified Speech Pathologist, which has enhanced my skills in communication, individualised support, and understanding of learning needs. My background allows me to adapt quickly to different academic levels and tailor my sessions accordingly.
My lessons are designed for school-aged students, typically in primary and secondary levels, but I am flexible to support students across different age groups and academic stages. My goal is to help each student build confidence, improve academically, and foster a lifelong love for learning.
