About Peter
I spent several years uncovering what it means to be happy and how you achieve this state. Most people will tell you to be grateful, think positive or meditate. But what if you've tried to meditate but it makes you feel worse or you try to be grateful but cant think of anything to be grateful for, what then? Well that's when I come in. Now I won't claim to have a full proof plan for you but I can most certainly work with you to build you, your very own personalised battle plan.
