-Having a first year in Staps, currently waiting for the resumption of a Kine school in Spain during the next school year (remaining field of action in the field of sport, and what is more a certain security of the job provided by the latter.) -Sportsman in a campsite during the last summer, experience allowing me to adapt to a wider clientele (any age and any particular physical conditions).

-I offer fitness training, fitness, diet monitoring, advice of all kinds; waiting for my physics course in September! -My training method will adapt to each according to its objectives, a person wishing to lose weight will have a different training of a person wishing to gain muscle mass or strength -True and advice on diet that is an important part of the success of a sport program; a follow-up allowing a healthy approach of the food and not extreme - A psychological approach which will allow a healthy approach once more without feeling of any obligation - Practical of Parkour (urban sport) coupled with an adequate physical preparation to decrease the risk of injury and efficiency in my sport (since 5 years) -Touch to everything (Crossfit, Bodybuilding, Gymnastics, Athletics, Aerobics, Calisthenics, MMA) to allow me to have the most perspective possible and to find a method of specific training adapted to your objectives.
