I’ve studied fitness training and the analysis of the results for 3 years, qualifying as a sport masseuse gives me the experience to understand the benefits of quality training programmes and also the injury potential of a poorly programmed strength and conditioning programme. I can offer expertise as an international level athlete on how a good training programme can improve your athletic ability.
