About Rhys
I am a student at college studying sports science and I am a keen sportsman in fitness, boxing and gym. I hope to become a personal trainer or based around sports science or fitness and would love to pass on my knowledge to pupils up to the education level of college.

My teaching method is keeping the classes fun whilst keeping them serious and aiming on teaching Atleast one new thing every lesson minimum. I approach each topic with a systematic approach on what we will be learning each lesson and how that will be improved on for the next lesson by gaining the basics of each topic to then going into detail.
