About Alexis
I am a student in Master EOPS at the sports university of Besançon, I have been practicing Tricking and Parkour for more than 5 years now. I was part of the Bisontine tracers association for several years and contributed a lot to the development of the skills of the athletes as well as to the development of the structure.

Then it will be a question of establishing your level of involvement and the time that you can devote to the practice in order to optimize the effectiveness of the sessions. I put my knowledge at your disposal in order to help you progress as efficiently as possible and will in no way impose a procedure to be followed (except on the safety instructions and the physical and mental technical bases to have).
